Get a ceramic knife, if possible - they're great for cutting sushi rolls. My little Kyocera-made Ming Tsai has already sent one person to the hospital, the adorable rascal!
It wasn't my fault. I was cleaning the knife when it went off.
But, yeah. It'll cut right through that nori like it was, ah... seaweed.
you need a close-up of the guy on the front of the box. Making sushi makes one manic!
